All bookings will be required to pay a $200 refundable damage deposit upon reservation. Deposit is returned within 7 days of checkout).

All bookings will be required to pay a $75 cleaning fee.

There are no pets allowed and no smoking within the cabins. Additional people over 6 are $50 per person, per night.

Parking is available for 2 vehicles per cabin. There is room for one boat at the bottom of the complex. Additional boat parking can be requested at optional site.
